SPORTS MASSAGE Salisbury, Wiltshire, England
At Harman Therapies, we provide professional Sports Massage in Salisbury, Wiltshire, England, helping clients relieve pain, reduce muscle tension, and restore flexibility. The term Sports Massage—often known as Deep Tissue Massage—can be misleading, as you don’t need to be a sports person to benefit from this treatment. Everyday activities such as poor posture, repetitive movements, or long hours sitting at a desk can all lead to tight, sore muscles and discomfort.
In recent years, with more people working from home, many have experienced increased neck, shoulder, and upper back pain from prolonged sitting and incorrect posture. Our Deep Tissue Massage helps to ease tightness, relieve pain, and reduce the effects of repetitive strain. Since stress is also a major cause of muscle pain, each session is tailored to your needs—combining deep or gentle pressure as required.
To enhance your experience, we use Hot Stones to warm and relax the muscles and Bellabaci Cupping Therapy to release tight fascia and improve circulation.
Established in 1999, Harman Therapies has treated clients from all walks of life, including athletes, bodybuilders, office professionals, hairdressers, students, pregnant women, and children. Every treatment is personalised to help you relax, recover, and rebalance, supporting both your physical and emotional wellbeing.

About Harman Therapies – Massage Therapist in Salisbury, Wiltshire, England
Harman Therapies is an independent massage practice located on the north side of Salisbury, Wiltshire, England, just outside the ring road, offering convenient 2-hour free parking right outside the property. Our fully equipped and tranquil treatment room provides a calm, relaxing space designed to help you unwind — even during a Deep Tissue Massage session.
With over 24 years of professional experience, I take a holistic approach to every treatment, focusing not only on the area causing discomfort but also on the related muscle groups that may be contributing to the problem. For example, you may experience numbness in your fingers, yet the root cause could stem from tension in the neck muscles or rotator cuff. By addressing the body as a whole, each massage aims to relieve pain, restore balance, and promote lasting wellbeing.
REFLEXOLOGY Salisbury, Wiltshire, England
Reflexology has been reported to have been used around the world for hundreds of years; the earliest is about 2330 BC in Egypt. The painting opposite was found in the tomb of Ankhmahor of the early 6th Dynasty and is known as the Physician’s Tomb.
The theory behind Reflexology is that the feet are a micro-system of the body with specific parts of the feet corresponding to certain parts of the body. Reflexology aims to treat an individual as a whole to induce a state of balance and harmony in the body and mind.
During periods of relaxation, the body is allowed to restore itself. Reflexology is deeply relaxing, and therefore, you can feel restored and energised after the treatment.

INFORMATION ABOUT APPOINTMENTS
I try to offer appointments at a time which are convenient for you, therefore, when enquiring, please let me know your availability and whether you prefer a morning or afternoon appointment.
As I work from home, I do not have a waiting area for early arrivals. I factor in extra time for your appointment to take notes and for undressing and dressing again after your treatment, which means that an appointment may take up to 75 minutes. If you are early, I may not be able to answer the door, therefore, to avoid disappointment, if you are more than 5 minutes early, I ask if you could wait in your car.
